About this role

Blossom Health is hiring an Applied AI Software Engineer to build LLM-powered features for a mental healthcare platform. You'll own AI products end-to-end—from prototyping through production—working closely with clinicians to automate and augment complex healthcare workflows.

What you'll do

  • Build and ship AI-native product experiences for clinicians and patients
  • Design and develop LLM-powered systems and agents that automate healthcare workflows
  • Own AI features end-to-end from prototyping through production deployment and iteration
  • Build evaluation, monitoring, and feedback systems to improve AI quality and reliability
  • Collaborate with clinicians and engineers to identify high-impact AI use cases
  • Move quickly from emerging AI capabilities to production-ready solutions
