About this role
BlueCat seeks an Enterprise Support Engineer to provide technical support for their Intelligent Network Operations platform, helping global enterprises manage and secure their critical network infrastructure. You'll troubleshoot complex network issues, collaborate with customers and internal teams, and contribute to maintaining the reliability of systems that power digital transformation across major organizations.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise customers using BlueCat's network operations platform
- Diagnose and resolve complex network infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges
- Work with internal engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve issues
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base and documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation to support critical customer incidents
