About this role

Broccoli is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own the technical success of AI teammate deployments for contractors in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services. You'll work directly with customers on integrations, troubleshooting, and scaling solutions while helping establish best practices for this new function at a fast-growing startup.

What you'll do

  • Own technical success of customer deployments from scoping through production launch
  • Build and maintain integrations, configurations, and internal tools for production environments
  • Debug live issues across voice, workflows, integrations, and AI agent behavior
  • Work directly with customers to understand workflows, constraints, and technical requirements
  • Translate customer needs into technical requirements and partner with engineering on fixes
  • Identify deployment patterns and convert one-off requests into repeatable processes and tooling
