About this role
Deployment Engineer role focused on leading onsite robotics implementations and ensuring seamless customer adoption of collaborative robots. This position requires extensive travel (75-90%) and combines technical expertise in hardware/software troubleshooting with strong customer relationship management across logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.
What you'll do
- Lead onsite hardware and software testing to validate cobot performance and system reliability
- Troubleshoot, document, and resolve technical issues to enhance customer experience
- Perform parts replacements and robot retrofits while maintaining operational standards
- Conduct site readiness assessments and prepare environments for successful deployments
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships grounded in trust and mutual success
- Create operational and technical documentation while coordinating with Program Managers on project progress
