What you'll do

  • Lead onsite hardware and software testing to validate cobot performance and system reliability
  • Troubleshoot, document, and resolve technical issues to enhance customer experience
  • Perform parts replacements and robot retrofits while maintaining operational standards
  • Conduct site readiness assessments and prepare environments for successful deployments
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships grounded in trust and mutual success
  • Create operational and technical documentation while coordinating with Program Managers on project progress
