About this role
ConductorOne seeks a Solutions Engineer to guide enterprise customers through identity governance adoption and technical evaluations. You'll architect secure IAM solutions, lead technical workshops, and demonstrate platform value across cloud and on-premises environments.
What you'll do
- Act as a trusted technical advisor on identity governance, authentication, authorization, and access control strategies
- Architect and deliver solutions spanning IGA, IAM, CIEM, and PAM, translating business requirements into scalable architectures
- Lead workshops, demos, and whiteboard sessions showcasing business value of identity automation and zero trust
- Design integration strategies across AWS, GCP, and Azure with deep understanding of cloud-native identity services
- Build, test, and troubleshoot custom integrations using APIs, SDKs, Terraform, and automation frameworks
- Stay current on industry trends and share thought leadership on Just-in-Time access, CIEM, and machine identity

- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and native identity services
- Directory services (Okta, Entra AD, LDAP, Google Workspace, Active Directory)
- Authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, FIDO2)
- API development and integration with SDKs and REST APIs
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and automation scripting
- Go programming language and JSON/YAML configuration
- Technical communication to both engineering and executive audiences
