About this role

Senior Network Engineer position requiring TS/SCI clearance to design and support enterprise-level network infrastructure at a government facility. Role encompasses system architecture, security implementations, datacenter virtualization, and hands-on management of Cisco, Juniper, and F5 networking equipment.

What you'll do

  • Design and architect enterprise network systems with focus on security boundaries and datacenter infrastructure
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN systems
  • Manage L2/L3/L4 protocols, stateful firewalls, and access control policies
  • Support virtualization environments including VMware and Solaris containers
  • Maintain on-call support and respond to issues using ticketing systems
  • Perform packet capture analysis and monitor network performance
