About this role

Join Chime's Human Agent Tooling team to build software that empowers support agents to resolve customer issues efficiently and safely. You'll develop full-stack features including agent workspaces, case management systems, access controls, and integrations that connect to broader Chime infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Build and enhance the agent workspace where support staff view member context and manage cases
  • Develop systems that aggregate and surface member data to agents in real time
  • Implement access controls and safety guardrails governing agent actions on member accounts
  • Create and maintain integrations between agent tooling and other Chime backend systems
  • Add observability through logging, monitoring, and dashboards to track tool performance
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and agents to refine tooling based on user feedback
