About this role

Join an early-stage data infrastructure startup as a founding Forward Deployed Engineer, bridging customer success and engineering. You'll own complex data extraction challenges for key accounts, mentor scraping engineers, and directly influence the product roadmap with a clear path to management.

What you'll do

  • Partner with key customers to solve complex web scraping and data extraction challenges
  • Own customer requests end-to-end and drive measurable improvements in satisfaction and retention
  • Manage and mentor scraping engineers building and maintaining customer data pipelines
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and roadmap recommendations
  • Build and scale the Forward Deployed Engineering function as the company grows
