About this role

A healthtech startup in Miami seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to build full-stack features for a SaaS platform serving urgent cares and emergency departments. You'll work directly with healthcare customers on-site, shipping TypeScript/React/Node.js code across the product while traveling frequently for deployments and customer engagements.

What you'll do

  • Build and deploy front-end and back-end features using TypeScript, React, Deno, and Node.js
  • Work on-site with customers to gather requirements and iterate on solutions for clinical and operational needs
  • Manage production services on AWS, including deployment and troubleshooting
  • Travel frequently to customer locations for engagements and system deployments
  • Contribute to product design and rapid prototyping from concept to shipped code
  • Support the team across full-stack development as a generalist engineer
