About this role

Join a startup building an AI-powered electrical engineering platform as a founding engineer. You'll own multiple client projects from concept through manufacturing, designing circuits across diverse applications while collaborating with software, hardware, and manufacturing teams.

What you'll do

  • Own 2-4 client projects end-to-end from requirements gathering through production manufacturing
  • Design PCBs and electrical systems for motor controllers, compute carriers, RF/antenna systems, battery management, and high-speed interfaces
  • Engage directly with customers to understand constraints and deliver viable hardware solutions
  • Build internal tools and automation to accelerate hardware design workflows
  • Collaborate with layout specialists, firmware engineers, and manufacturing partners on cross-functional projects
