About this role

Tessera Labs seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer to build Mosaic, an AI-agent platform for enterprise automation. You'll own end-to-end product problems spanning React frontends, backend services, and complex data systems, integrating with enterprise platforms like SAP and Salesforce.

What you'll do

  • Own ambiguous product and technical problems from clarification through shipping, including problem definition, investigation, and tradeoff alignment
  • Build data-intensive features across the full stack, from React UIs to APIs, data models, and backend services
  • Design AI-native workflows that make agent behavior transparent and controllable to users
  • Integrate with enterprise systems of record (SAP, Salesforce, Workday) handling complex data models and real-world edge cases
  • Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to challenge assumptions and deliver iterative business value
  • Shape platform technical foundations through architecture, abstractions, components, and code review practices

  • Backend development (Node.js, Python, Java, or equivalent)
  • SQL and relational data modeling with performance optimization
  • Full-stack feature development from database to UI
  • Product judgment and ambiguity navigation

  • Enterprise system integration experience (preferred)
  • AI-native or agentic product experience (preferred)
