About this role
Join a pre-seed AI startup as a founding engineer intern building an automated headhunting platform. You'll ship full-stack features daily alongside the CTO, working on agentic systems that transform recruitment in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
What you'll do
- Build and deploy end-to-end product features to production on a daily basis
- Own full-stack components from conception through production deployment
- Develop and iterate on agentic systems automating the headhunting workflow
- Collaborate closely with the founding team on product decisions and technical direction
- Gather direct user feedback to measure impact on hiring speed and experience
- Contribute to a low-ego engineering culture with strong ownership mindset
