About this role

Join an early-stage healthtech SaaS startup as a founding full stack engineer to architect and build integrated products for multi-hospital enterprise customers. You'll own end-to-end technical implementation across the stack, establish engineering standards, and help shape AI-driven workflows and enterprise infrastructure from the ground up.

What you'll do

  • Architect and implement four integrated products serving multi-hospital enterprise customers
  • Design data models supporting complex organizational structures across multiple hospitals and units
  • Build AI-powered workflows for document authoring, evidence organization, and retrieval
  • Implement enterprise infrastructure including SSO/SAML, RBAC, audit logging, and HRIS integrations
  • Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and architectural standards
  • Translate customer requirements and domain expertise into shipped product features
