Early-stage healthtech SaaS company seeks a Founding Full Stack Engineer to architect and build a unified platform for healthcare organizations managing nursing excellence programs. You'll own full-stack development across integrated products, design enterprise infrastructure, and establish engineering standards for a growing team.

What you'll do

  • Own architecture and implementation across four integrated product areas
  • Design data models supporting complex multi-hospital and multi-unit organizational structures
  • Build AI-assisted workflows for document authoring, evidence organization, and retrieval
  • Implement enterprise infrastructure including SSO/SAML, RBAC, audit logging, and HRIS integrations
  • Define CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and architectural standards for the engineering team
  • Translate customer domain knowledge into shipped product features
