About this role

A founding GTM Engineer role at a seed-stage AI infrastructure company where you'll build and own the entire growth data layer, outbound engine, and PLG experiments from day one. You'll instrument the funnel, connect the GTM stack through APIs and automation, and ship AI-powered internal tools while driving market creation.

What you'll do

  • Design and own the growth data layer end-to-end: instrument funnels, enrich signups, and build dashboards as the company's source of truth
  • Build automated outbound campaigns using lookalike modeling, LinkedIn plays, and champion identification within existing accounts
  • Run and scale PLG experiments across content, integrations, backlinks, and paid channels to drive signup growth
  • Connect GTM tools via APIs, webhooks, and automation to ensure clean data flow between analytics, CRM, enrichment, and outbound platforms
  • Make tooling decisions and own what stays, goes, or gets built internally
  • Prototype and ship AI-powered internal tools, then drive adoption across the team

  • Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or SQL with production experience
  • Growth data layer and pipeline design
  • REST/GraphQL API design and integration
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • PLG growth experimentation and A/B testing
  • Analytics and dashboarding tools (PostHog preferred)
  • Lookalike modeling and outbound automation
  • High agency and systems thinking in ambiguity
