About this role

Oklo seeks a Refueling Supplier Engineer to oversee design and fabrication of advanced reactor fuel handling systems for the Aurora plant. You'll manage vendor partnerships, ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality hardware on schedule and budget.

What you'll do

  • Develop technical specifications, statements of work, and drawing packages for refueling equipment in collaboration with engineering and procurement teams
  • Manage vendor design development to meet plant requirements while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
  • Review design documents, P&IDs, technical specifications, and engineering analyses for accuracy and completeness
  • Execute deviation requests and non-conformance reports during manufacturing with detailed impact assessments and proposed resolutions
  • Support preparation of installation procedures, system documentation, and design review materials
  • Travel to fabricator and subcontractor facilities (less than 50%) to oversee manufacturing and quality execution
