About this role

Instawork seeks an expert Webflow developer to maintain and enhance their marketing website on a part-time contract basis. You'll collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing and SEO teams to build responsive pages, manage CMS collections, and optimize site performance while working independently with minimal oversight.

What you'll do

  • Build and update responsive marketing pages and landing pages from Figma designs
  • Create and maintain Webflow CMS collections, dynamic templates, and programmatic SEO pages
  • Develop reusable Webflow components and improve the existing style system
  • Add interactions, animations, and lightweight custom JavaScript as needed
  • Perform QA testing and troubleshoot layout, responsiveness, accessibility, and performance issues
  • Communicate with Growth Marketing Director and SEO Manager via Slack and Zoom
