Software Engineer, R&D

About this role

Join Commure's R&D team to prototype and productionize cutting-edge AI technologies for healthcare, taking emerging capabilities from research through production deployment. You'll work on agent orchestration, LLM integration, and browser automation while collaborating with clinical teams to solve real healthcare challenges at scale.

What you'll do

• Build infrastructure for orchestrating, evaluating, and running sub-agents with channel adapters
• Prototype and productionize emerging AI technologies including tool chaining, browser agents, and self-improving systems
• Own technologies end-to-end from research and prototyping through production deployment and graduation
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and observability
• Collaborate with product, design, and clinical experts to ship solutions for real clinical environments
• Participate in a fast-moving team that ships daily and makes decisions quickly
