About this role

Commure seeks a Software Engineer to build and scale the RCM practice management platform (Insights), handling revenue cycle workflows for thousands of healthcare practices. You'll develop full-stack features using React, Python, and PostgreSQL while improving system reliability, performance, and user experience in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain scalable full-stack features for the Insights practice management platform using ReactJS, Python, and PostgreSQL
  • Design and implement system improvements for reliability, observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting across the stack
  • Optimize web application performance and scalability to support rapid growth and thousands of concurrent users
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and backend teams to ensure high availability and system resilience
  • Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and drive architectural improvements across the organization
  • Partner with product and design teams to translate requirements into intuitive, user-friendly healthcare workflows
