Quality Assurance Engineer

About this role

CPI Security seeks a QA Engineer to test and validate their Salesforce Customer 360 implementation and AWS integrations in Charlotte, NC. You'll develop automated and manual test strategies, collaborate across technical teams, and ensure quality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and backend systems.

What you'll do

• Create and execute test cases and automated scripts for Salesforce Customer 360 modules
• Design end-to-end, regression, and smoke tests across front-end, middleware, and backend systems
• Validate data integrations between Salesforce and AWS services including API and error handling
• Log and track defects in Jira while collaborating with developers, analysts, and product owners
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to test automation framework improvements
• Document test progress, defect status, and delivery risks

• QA testing principles and methodologies (3+ years experience)
• Salesforce Customer 360 testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, CPQ, Agentforce)
• AWS cloud integrations and data flow validation
• Test automation scripting and framework development
• API testing (REST/SOAP) and web services
• Azure DevOps and project management tools
• Agile/Scrum environment experience
• Critical thinking and root cause analysis
