About this role
Cribl seeks a Customer Success Engineer for the Federal sector to serve as a strategic advisor helping government and public sector customers maximize value from Cribl's telemetry platform. This technical role requires coordinating across multiple functions, managing customer relationships from onboarding through expansion, and driving adoption of observability solutions with federal IT and security teams.
What you'll do
- Act as trusted strategic advisor guiding customers through the full success lifecycle from onboarding to expansion
- Build expertise in Cribl products and help customers design observability pipelines for data transformation
- Establish and maintain relationships with federal customer stakeholders and executives to drive success metrics
- Identify and develop new use cases for reducing, enriching, and routing data to expand customer value
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams as the voice of the customer
- Mentor team members and ensure customers remain healthy throughout their journey with Cribl
