Associate Creative Engineer

About this role

Seeking a detail-oriented designer to execute large-scale digital creative work by translating design briefs and key art into pixel-perfect deliverables across multiple formats and platforms. You'll collaborate with creative and account teams to maintain brand consistency while staying current with digital best practices, requiring full-time on-site presence in Costa Rica.

What you'll do

• Scale key art into various resizes and versions for digital media campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of final files to high standards
• Enforce brand guidelines and maintain design template consistency
• Build clean, organized creative files to support scalable design systems
• Create detailed template guides to document system workflows
• Monitor technical platform limitations and industry best practices
