Infrastructure Engineer
About this role
Dark Wolf seeks an Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and manage Command & Control systems for military air operations, focusing on AWS cloud and on-premise infrastructure automation, cybersecurity compliance, and CI/CD pipeline development.
What you'll do
- Build and configure virtual machine instances in AWS and edge environments using manual and automated deployment methods
- Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Python/Bash for server and containerized application deployment
- Implement DoD cybersecurity controls, perform vulnerability assessments, and remediate security findings
- Design, execute, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-hosted system testing across development, test, and production environments
- Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and auditors to implement requirements while maintaining Git-based source control
- Develop technical documentation and support operational sustainment of Windows/Linux systems and Kubernetes clusters
