About this role
Join Dexterity as an Application Support Engineer supporting warehouse automation robots in production. You'll be the critical bridge between customers and engineering, troubleshooting live robotic systems, analyzing performance data, and delivering rapid solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues in deployed robotic systems affecting customer operations
- Analyze logs, data, and configuration states to diagnose problems and implement workarounds or patches
- Collaborate with Technical Assistance Center, Product Support, and Engineering teams across support tiers
- Provide technical explanations to non-technical stakeholders and customers
- Gather insights from field issues to inform engineering improvements and product development
- Travel to customer sites as needed to support on-site troubleshooting and resolution
