Robotics Systems Test Engineer

About this role

Dexterity seeks a Robotics Systems Test Engineer to validate and improve warehouse automation systems that have already processed over 15 million items. You'll contribute to testing full-stack robotic solutions designed to handle repetitive and physically demanding warehouse tasks while collaborating with a fast-growing, investor-backed robotics company.

What you'll do

• Design and execute test plans for robotic picking, moving, and packing systems
• Validate system performance, reliability, and human-robot collaboration features
• Identify and document software and hardware defects
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Develop automated testing frameworks and tools
• Support production systems and customer deployments
