About this role
DRW seeks a Trading Systems Engineer to support prediction markets trading desks in Chicago, managing operational workflows, risk management tools, and trade reconciliation. You'll work with traders and engineers to optimize technology infrastructure and ensure accurate P&L calculations across proprietary systems.
What you'll do
- Support traders' risk management tools and advise on technology and workflow enhancements
- Master firm's proprietary trade capture, inventory, treasury, and risk management systems
- Perform daily trade and position reconciliation with clearing houses, counterparties, and brokers
- Calculate and substantiate daily P&L across trading activity
- Integrate and promote new technologies to meet desk operational needs
- Provide operational support specifically for the Prediction Markets desk
