About this role

Ema seeks an IT Engineer to build and automate corporate IT operations from scratch across 200+ global devices. You'll design identity and access workflows, manage endpoints and SaaS tools, and use Python, Bash, and agentic AI to eliminate manual work while maintaining SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance.

What you'll do

  • Automate joiner, mover, and leaver lifecycles using Rippling, Okta, and SCIM integrations
  • Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian; configure SSO (SAML/OIDC), MFA, and SCIM
  • Manage Mac fleet in Kandji including enrollment, OS patching, encryption, and drift detection
  • Build Python and Bash automation workflows to eliminate recurring IT tasks and integrate SaaS tools
  • Maintain SaaS inventory, track usage, and automate license reclamation across the organization
  • Generate continuous audit evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and AI governance as a byproduct of automated operations
