About this role

Ennoble Care seeks a Junior Software Engineer to build healthcare software using AI-assisted development tools. You'll work across a .NET/SQL Server/Kendo stack, collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements, and use AI coding tools while maintaining critical judgment about output quality.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with business owners and clinical operations leads to understand problems and refine requirements before development
  • Develop full-stack features in C#/.NET, SQL Server, Kendo UI, and JavaScript using AI coding assistants
  • Critically review AI-generated code to catch errors, performance issues, and logic flaws before production
  • Write unit, integration, and manual tests to validate own and teammates' work
  • Maintain and migrate legacy WPF client functionality to the modern web platform
  • Own changes through deployment and provide production support
