About this role
Ennoble Care seeks a Software Engineer to build and maintain healthcare software powering clinical operations across multiple states. You'll leverage AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor) to ship features across a .NET/SQL Server/Kendo stack while working closely with business stakeholders to refine requirements and catch AI-generated bugs before production.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with business owners and clinical leads to clarify requirements and improve DevOps tickets before development
- Develop full-stack features in C#/.NET, SQL Server, Kendo/Telerik UI, and JavaScript
- Use AI coding tools to parallelize work while critically reviewing output for logical errors and performance issues
- Write comprehensive unit, integration, and hands-on tests to validate features before deployment
- Maintain and migrate functionality from legacy WPF client to web platform
- Own changes through deployment and provide production support
