Core Technology Engineer

About this role

Etched is seeking a Core Technology Engineer to build internal automation infrastructure and business intelligence systems that unify operations across GTM, talent, legal, and production. You'll design and ship full-stack applications, integrate disparate tools, and create dashboards that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy full-stack automation systems to eliminate manual workflows across business operations
• Create unified business intelligence dashboards integrating metrics from GTM, production, talent, and legal functions
• Build alerting and reporting systems for recruiter pipelines, deal tracking, contract management, and production forecasting
• Integrate disparate systems via APIs and middleware to ensure real-time data visibility and seamless information flow
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to scope high-impact projects and prioritize aggressively
• Deliver stable, maintainable systems on accelerated timelines
