Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

Eudia, an AI-powered legal tech platform backed by $105M in Series A funding, seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with Fortune 500 clients and government organizations. You'll bridge customers and technical teams to deploy scalable AI solutions, translating complex workflows into product capabilities while collaborating across engineering, product, and go-to-market functions.

What you'll do

• Build and deploy tailored AI solutions by translating customer requirements into scalable workflows and integrations
• Design and implement custom configurations, integrations, and features addressing specific customer needs
• Partner with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact use cases and shape new product capabilities
• Support customer engagement through demos, training, troubleshooting, and driving adoption
• Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and technical teams, translating operational needs into technical solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve the product and deliver customer outcomes

• AI tool proficiency and familiarity with AI-driven solutions
• Customer-facing solution deployment and consulting experience
• Technical communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Problem-solving and ownership mindset in ambiguous environments
• Integration and configuration design
• Defense acquisitions and DoD procurement processes (preferred)
• Compliance frameworks (CMMC, ITAR, NIST 800-171) (preferred)
• Security clearance eligibility or active Secret clearance (preferred)
