Forward Deployed Software Engineer (NYC)

About this role

Felicity is seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers in NYC, helping them transform complex business processes into AI-powered, automated workflows. You'll combine software engineering with customer-facing work, building solutions on the Felicity platform across healthcare, finance, logistics, and other industries.

What you'll do

• Meet with customers to understand and scope critical operational processes
• Design and architect process improvements with senior engineers
• Build automated workflows and integrations using the Felicity platform
• Develop custom integrations connecting Felicity to customer systems
• Conduct customer training sessions and create documentation
• Deliver product demos and support sales efforts

What they're looking for

• Software engineering (0-3 years experience)
• Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar programming languages
• LLM integration and AI workflow design
• Customer communication and stakeholder management
• Problem-solving and process optimization
• Technical documentation writing
• API integration and system connectivity
