Software Engineer

About this role

Flip is seeking a Software Engineer to develop voice AI systems that power customer interactions for major brands. You'll work with Python-based backend systems, LLM interfaces, dialogue management, and real-time voice experiences in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll do

• Design and implement features for the Flip voice AI assistant platform
• Develop Python-based systems interfacing with external APIs and LLM models
• Build and optimize dialogue management workflows and conversational flows
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues across services and integrations
• Conduct thorough code reviews for team members and own work
• Collaborate with senior engineers and shape product direction based on customer insights
