About this role
Gen seeks a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between sales, product, and clients in the financial technology space. You'll drive go-to-market strategies, deliver customized technical solutions for banks and fintechs, and accelerate adoption of Digital Marketplace Infrastructure through demonstrations, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do
- Lead solution engineering efforts collaborating with sales, partner success, product, and marketing teams
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective financial services clients
- Develop customized proofs of concept showcasing value proposition and ROI
- Support technical onboarding with detailed account plans and specifications
- Create internal and external technical documentation, integration guides, and best practices
- Prepare technical proposals, RFP responses, and compliance documentation
