About this role

Harvey seeks a Technical Recruiter to build out the Infrastructure and Platform engineering organization, owning full-cycle hiring from sourcing through closing for roles spanning distributed systems, cloud, databases, SRE, and ML infrastructure. You'll partner with engineering leaders to hire mid-level through Staff engineers, map talent at hyperscalers and AI labs, and develop improved hiring processes for infrastructure talent.

What you'll do

  • Develop hiring plans with Infra and Platform leaders based on roadmap priorities and role requirements
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across distributed systems, cloud, Kubernetes, databases, SRE, ML/model serving, and security specialties
  • Source and conduct outreach to passive senior and Staff+ engineers at hyperscalers, AI labs, and high-growth infrastructure companies
  • Advise hiring managers on market compensation, competing offers, level calibration, and candidate motivations
  • Run technical interview processes including system design and reliability scenarios while keeping interviewers calibrated
  • Close competitive candidates by articulating Harvey's infrastructure problems, scope, and strategic importance
