What you'll do

  • Conduct weekly safety walks and implement countermeasures for industrial engineering risks and ergonomic issues
  • Develop and implement optimal plant, process, and flow layouts; measure and audit cycle times monthly
  • Define required headcount based on forecasted volume and create monthly 'Need to Run' documentation
  • Perform ergonomic analyses and lead multidisciplinary industrial engineering studies and evaluations
  • Support product launches by defining process layouts, initial cycle times, and flows in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Lead capacity studies, validate performance metrics, and identify/remove roadblocks affecting operational KPIs
