About this role
K Group Companies seeks a Junior Automation Engineer to design and build automation workflows, AI-assisted integrations, and internal tools using platforms like n8n and APIs. This hands-on role focuses on connecting disparate business systems, supporting client delivery engagements, and creating reusable solutions within a collaborative, family-owned technology firm.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using n8n, APIs, and webhooks across business platforms
- Develop AI-assisted pipelines for document processing, classification, and data transformation
- Connect disparate systems (CRMs, ticketing, ERPs, communication tools) to enable seamless integration
- Support client delivery engagements through discovery sessions and technical solution implementation
- Create lightweight dashboards and front-end tools for non-technical user access to automation outputs
- Document workflows, integration maps, and configurations to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer
What they're looking for
- Automation workflow design and implementation (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar)
- API integration and webhook configuration
- JSON and REST API fundamentals
- Linux environment familiarity
- Clear technical communication and documentation
- Python or JavaScript scripting (working level)
- AI/LLM tool integration (OpenAI, Ollama, Anthropic, LangChain)
- Docker or self-hosted deployment experience
