AI Content Engineer

About this role

Seeking a technical ML engineer to build benchmarks, run experiments, and publish high-velocity technical content on document AI. This role combines deep engineering work with authentic writing to establish thought leadership in document understanding—not a traditional marketing position.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain benchmarks for document parsing and understanding systems
• Publish weekly technical content including blog posts, reports, and tutorials
• Conduct experiments and rapidly translate findings into publishable analyses
• Research document AI landscape including models, papers, competitors, and techniques
• Produce comparative technical analyses demonstrating capabilities against alternatives
• Collaborate with ML team to identify and highlight new improvements and features

• Production Python and software engineering fundamentals
