About this role

LogicMonitor seeks a GTM Engineer to build the data systems powering customer lifecycle operations and reporting. You'll integrate multiple SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Jira, Snowflake) into a unified customer view, enabling leaders to track health, adoption, and expansion signals across the full customer journey.

What you'll do

  • Design and maintain the canonical customer operating data layer connecting Salesforce, Jira, Langfuse, Snowflake, and product telemetry
  • Build executive-facing dashboards, reports, and visualizations for account health, adoption, and lifecycle metrics
  • Translate business requirements into data models, integrations, and reconciliation logic with source-of-truth mapping
  • Develop automation jobs, alerts, and data governance standards to ensure freshness and consistency
  • Partner with business and technical teams to define lifecycle stage criteria, customer health metrics, and field hygiene standards
  • Support AI-driven summaries and account readouts with structured, attributed, current data
