Mach Industries seeks an Integration Reliability Engineer to develop assembly, integration, and test methods for complex autonomous defense platforms. This hands-on role spans design, manufacturing, test, and operations—managing integration strategies, failure investigations, and reliability improvements across the product lifecycle.

What you'll do

  • Define integration build strategies and readiness criteria for assembly, test, and production phases
  • Conduct interface FMEAs, risk assessments, and design-for-assembly reviews for complex assemblies
  • Develop and maintain assembly control plans and sub-assembly integration methods
  • Monitor yield, build health, and process robustness to identify production risks
  • Lead root-cause and corrective-action investigations for assembly, integration, test, and field failures
  • Collect and analyze build, test, and field data to improve reliability and repeatability
