Match Group is seeking a Founding Full Stack Engineer to join their AI Incubation team in Los Angeles, building innovative AI-powered features across their portfolio of dating platforms. What you'll do
- Design and develop full-stack AI features for Match Group's dating platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI incubation projects
- Build scalable backend systems and user-facing frontend interfaces
- Contribute to architectural decisions for new AI-powered products
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards
- Work in-office 3 days per week with remote flexibility
