About this role
Mixpanel seeks a Delivery Engineer II to lead post-sales onboarding and data health for strategic customers, ensuring successful integration of product analytics into their data ecosystems. You'll combine project management expertise with technical data architecture knowledge to deliver consultative services, manage complex implementations, and guide customers through AI-powered analytics workflows.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end onboarding and data health for high-value clients, including data quality improvements and tech stack integration
- Consult with prospects and clients to define business goals, metrics, and data architecture aligned with project outcomes
- Lead technical onboarding engagements across customer engineering, product, and marketing teams to optimize deployments
- Deliver data architecture consultations, adoption strategies, and change management best practices as needed
- Execute project deliverables while managing timelines, scope, and unanticipated challenges with cross-functional teams
- Build AI automations and guide customers on integrating agentic workflows with Mixpanel data

- Cloud data warehouses (GCP, Redshift, Azure)
- Product analytics implementation (SDKs, CDPs, event streaming, Reverse ETL)
