About this role

Mobius seeks an Intermediate Ground Test Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency's ground test operations in Huntsville, AL. You'll provide technical and programmatic expertise for Hardware-in-the-Loop testing, collaborating with government stakeholders to plan, execute, and document complex missile defense system tests.

What you'll do

  • Support ground test planning and execution for Missile Defense System Hardware-in-the-Loop tests
  • Assist government Mission Directors and Test Directors with pre- and post-mission planning activities
  • Build and maintain Scenario Matrices as primary test execution documents tracking participants, software versions, and threat types
  • Coordinate with MDA cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to gather Scenario Matrix inputs and resolve issues
  • Monitor and assess Ground Test Change Requests for impacts to test documentation
  • Provide weekly Integrated Test Team meeting updates on documentation status and delivery
