NetSuite Engineer 3 - Business Systems

About this role

MongoDB is hiring an experienced NetSuite architect to design and optimize their ERP system landscape, including integrations with Salesforce, Concur, and Coupa. You'll work across Finance, Sales, and Revenue teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions and lead system improvements.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement NetSuite customizations and integrations with enterprise systems
• Manage and optimize the NetSuite platform while supporting SFDC, Concur, and Coupa integrations
• Plan and lead projects aligned with organizational technology roadmap and strategic goals
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for Finance, Order-to-Cash, and Revenue processes
• Guide junior team members on solution design and establish software engineering best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and drive process improvements

• NetSuite customization and SuiteScript development (1.0 and 2.0)
• ERP solution architecture and business process modeling
• Integration design (REST, SOAP web services)
• SQL and data management (XML, JSON)
• Financial accounting knowledge (ASC 606, SOX, SuiteBilling)
• Proficiency in Coupa, Concur, and Salesforce integration
• Change management and stakeholder communication
• Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Procure-to-Pay processes
