Implementation Engineer

About this role

Bridge technical and business needs as an Implementation Engineer embedded in the Google AI ecosystem. You'll prototype AI-driven solutions, configure agents, optimize workflows, and collaborate with engineering teams to scale innovative solutions for creative clients.

What you'll do

• Serve as liaison between Business Units, clients, and Core Engineering to ensure technical solutions meet user requirements
• Prototype, test, and validate AI workflows using Google AI tools and frameworks
• Configure and maintain AI agents and agentic flows within existing environments
• Refine prompts, system instructions, and AI-driven experiences with creative teams
• Translate user feedback into structured feature requests for engineering teams
• Document implementations and train internal teams on AI tools and best practices
