About this role

NewsBreak is seeking a junior or new-grad ML Infrastructure Engineer to build and maintain the backbone systems that power model training, serving, and monitoring for their Ads and Recommendations products. You'll own end-to-end infrastructure improvements, working closely with ML and product teams to reduce latency, improve reliability, and accelerate the path from research to production.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop machine learning infrastructure systems for training, serving, and monitoring
  • Own and enhance core ML pipeline components including offline/online training, feature authoring, and feature serving
  • Proactively identify and resolve ML infrastructure issues impacting production systems
  • Collaborate with ML engineers to build robust model pipelines and improve developer experience
  • Optimize ML workflows for performance, cost, and reliability across the full model lifecycle
