Full Stack AI Engineer

About this role

OpusClip, a rapidly growing AI video platform with 10M+ users, seeks a Full-Stack AI Engineer to architect and scale their AI-native codebase while shipping production-quality features end-to-end. You'll own technical decisions across the entire stack, work hands-on with LLMs and AI agents, and collaborate directly on product decisions in a fast-moving, zero-to-one environment.

What you'll do

• Redesign and refactor AI-generated codebase for scalability and maintainability
• Build full-stack features from React frontend to Python/Node.js backend, shipping rapidly with quality
• Make architectural and tooling decisions with strong technical judgment
• Work hands-on with LLMs, AI agents, tool calling, and memory systems for product challenges
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define features based on user outcomes
• Own scope definition and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
