(US) Software Implementation Consultant - Clinical

Join PointClickCare's Professional Services team as a Software Implementation Consultant to guide long-term and post-acute care providers through platform adoption and optimization. You'll serve as the primary customer liaison, analyzing their workflows, configuring solutions, and driving business outcomes while building lasting trusted advisor relationships.

What you'll do

• Act as principal liaison between PointClickCare and customers during implementation projects
• Analyze customer business processes and operational needs to design optimal configurations
• Lead platform setup and configuration tailored to customer workflows
• Guide customers on best practices and solution capabilities to maximize value adoption
• Travel to customer sites (up to 30%) for onsite support and regional meetings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services teams to drive implementation success

• Healthcare software implementation experience
• Customer relationship management and communication
• Business process analysis and workflow optimization
• Healthcare operations knowledge (LTPAC preferred)
• Problem-solving and adaptability
