US- Software Training Specialist (Clinical)
About this role
PointClickCare seeks a Software Training Specialist to design and deliver clinical software training to healthcare providers across online and onsite settings. The role combines adult learning principles with modern instructional tools to drive product adoption, mentor customer super users, and continuously optimize training effectiveness using performance data and AI insights.
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver instructor-led training sessions at company sites, conferences, and customer locations
- Design and improve training programs using adult learning principles and leverage AI tools to analyze learner feedback
- Implement reinforcement strategies including spaced-learning campaigns, micro-challenges, and peer learning communities
- Coach and mentor customer super users through train-the-trainer programs to enable internal knowledge transfer
- Coordinate training schedules, manage participant resources, and promote adoption of online learning modules
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to keep training content current with product updates
