About this role

Join Polymarket's Markets Engineering team to build and maintain automation infrastructure that powers thousands of live prediction markets. You'll own end-to-end pipelines for market creation, data integration, and resolution, shipping to production within weeks and working directly with senior engineers on high-stakes, real-time systems.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain automation pipelines for market creation, configuration, and lifecycle management across thousands of concurrent markets
  • Integrate external APIs (sports data, news feeds) and handle real-world data inconsistencies to drive market creation and resolution
  • Design pipelines for reliability, idempotency, safe re-runs, and fast failure detection through monitoring and alerting
  • Debug production failures across markets infrastructure under time pressure with senior team support
  • Contribute to data-driven systems that resolve markets accurately and on time
  • Participate in code reviews and design discussions as a full engineering team member
